Is the Vision Iconic Brochure Available?
Binghatti Developers have not yet publicly released the official Vision Iconic brochure PDF. It is expected to accompany the official floor plan release and full pricing confirmation, ahead of the first sales launch for the project (sales commenced 4 March 2026; brochure expected to follow as the project progresses through construction). What Will Be in the Vision Iconic Brochure?
Based on Binghatti's releases for comparable projects, the official brochure is expected to include: the full masterplan overview for Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti City, architectural drawings and facade renderings, confirmed unit floor plans per bedroom type, full price list by unit type and floor, payment plan schedule with milestone dates, and the handover and construction timeline.
